[I] am a positive, passionate people person. Live life like I design. Serve by example. Believe that attitude is everything. Finish what is started (unless I accept defeat, which I can do.). Clean up after myself and put it back where it was found. See the world in a realistically optimistic manner. Am transparent, patient and clear with requests. Aim to deliver tactful, helpful and constructive feedback. Am not afraid to own a decision publicly. Am an active listener. Ask a lot of questions. Do NOT have all the answers. Believe that creativity is truly limitless with so many paths and so little time, we definitely can't do this alone. Am always digging deeper. Research daily as a lifelong learner.
